Pack:

Polartec shirt & pants - Lightweight, warm, & dries quickly

Wicking underwear - Warm & wicks away moisture from your skin.

Rain gear - Waterproof shell & pants.  Lightweight & breathable.

Gloves - Lightweight & warm.  Ours are Polartec.

Extra shoes - Sandals, water shoes, tennis shoes, mocs.  Comfortable around camp or replace wet or damaged boots.

Extra socks - Dry socks to keep feet comfortable & blister free.

Warm hat - Knit (wool) hat or something similar to keep head & ears warm.

Jacket - A warm down or poly-fill jacket if the weather has any chance of turning brutal.  On warmer nights the rain shell over a Polartec shirt & other layers will suffice.

Wear:

Nylon shorts - Lightweight, comfortable, dries quickly.

Short-sleeved shirt - Wicking fabric to keep cool.

Boots - Comfortable, rugged, waterproof.

Socks - Heavyweight for comfort and padding.

Liner socks - Wicking fabric to keep feet dry & blister free.

Hat - Comfortable hat with a brim to keep sun off face & neck.

Scarf - Keeps sun off neck.  Moisten for comfort. Use as dust mask.  Makes great sling.  Etc.

Sunglasses w/strap - Keep sun out of eyes.
